Advanced Combination - Offered to ages 13 - 22 years with at least 3 years experience.  We'll combine jazz, modern and ballet techniques in a fun, choreography-centered dance class.

Back to the Barre - Offered to adult students who are at a beginning to intermediate level. Classes will include basic stretching and strengthening exercises as well as ballet technique.

Ballet I - Offered to ages 5-7 years with or without previous dance experience. Classes will build vocabulary and technique necessary to continue dance education.

Ballet II - Offered to ages 8-12 years with or without previous dance experience. Classes will continue the development of necessary skills for classical ballet technique.

Ballet III - Offered to ages 8-14 years with at least three years dance experience. Classes will build upon skills learned in previous dance classes to include memorization of choreography.

Ballet IV - Offered to ages 13-22 years with at least three years dance experience. Classes will build upon skills learned in previous dance classes to include core strengthening necessary for balance and correct alignment of classical ballet.

Bellydance I - Offered to adults. Fundamentals of improvisational tribal style bellydance based on the Fat Chance Format.

Bellydance II - Offered to adults. Advanced technique of improvisational tribal style bellydance based on the Fat Chance Format.

Iyengar Yoga - This class is appropriate for all, regardless of age or body type. Taught
in a supportive manner to encourage individual exploration; discovering and learning from the body's innate wisdom.

Pointe Workshop - Offered to dancers enrolled in Ballet IV.  This class focuses on the strength and balance necessary to safely and beautifully dance en pointe.

Preballet - Offered to ages 3-5 years. Classes will include creative movement with the introduction of basic ballet technique and terminology.

Toddler Movement - Offered to ages 2-3 years. Classes will include creative movement, basic rhythmic exploration, musical instruments and dramatic play with props.
